Neonu Jewell is committed to creating transformative results in the world and lives by the mantra that “when one succeeds, we all succeed.” Neonu has over 20 years of training and development, legal and corporate experience. Her focus is leadership development, personal empowerment and promoting inclusive cultures where people can work together more effectively. She facilitate corporate seminars, group workshops, and provides one-on-one executive coaching. Neonu is also a member of the teaching faculty for the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity Pathfinder Program.
As a former practicing attorney, Neonu launched her legal career as a corporate and international regulatory compliance attorney at a law firm in Washington, D.C. Later, she served as International Trade Counsel in Fortune 100 companies (e.g., Accenture, Lockheed Martin and Raytheon) and was recruited by the CEO to become the President and General Counsel of an IT solutions firm. Career highlights include developing and deploying computer based training to over 10,000 global employees at Accenture.
Neonu holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law School as well as both a M.B.A. and a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida A & M University (FAMU).
