Lindsey Pearson is the Founder of Do You Mind(Fully)? a holistic wellness company. A holistic wellness company utilizing the time-tested tools of Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga and Essential Oils, Lindsey aims to reduce stress and improve overall health. Her work is largely focused on Corporate Wellness programs and select private coaching and workshops. Her specialty is meditation and holistic means to reduce stress. A majority of her work is in Corporate wellness. Lindsey’s approach is evidence-based and relatable, with a heavy dose of humor.
Lindsey is an RYT from the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association and is a yoga4cancer trained teacher. She is a graduate of the MBSR Fundamentals training was rated #2 Meditation Coach in NYC by Thumbtack Professional in 2015 and 2016, respectively. Clients include NY Dept of Education, Blue Apron and Deutsch Advertising.
