Joe Paternoster has been an educator since 2004. He has served as a Teacher, Coordinator, Instructional Coach, and Administrator. His specialization of working with students with disabilities has been guided by his personal principle and mission – understanding that everyone can learn.
Joe spent 7 years as a Firefighter on the Fire Island National Seashore, serving with a team of first responders on rehabbing the island immediately after the devastation that followed Hurricane Sandy.
Joe holds a B.A. in English from the University at Albany, an M.S. in Adolescent Education specializing in Students with Disabilities from Mercy College, and a Professional Certificate in Educational Leadership from The College of St. Rose.
Joe became part of the Momentum Education Community in 2013. After the completion of Momentum Education’s Leadership Program he quickly found himself emerged in many trainings as a volunteer coach. It was working within the Leadership program that Joe found his niche, later becoming a certified Life Coach.
A born and raised New Yorker, Joe’s results based style of coaching and approach to the Leadership Program, supports those with already busy lives to live the life they’ve only dreamed.
